You are in a large, empty warehouse. You have no memory of how you got here. Aside from some trash in the distant corner, there is nothing here except for a heavy workbench. On the workbench rests the Ark of the Covenant.\n\nYou could [[open it|open]] or just [[wait here|wait]].
You approach the Ark and cautiously touch it.\n\nNothing happens, so you firmly grasp the lid with both hands and lift. It's heavy, but it comes off easily enough and clatters to the floor. Miraculously, it does not break.\n\nInside the Ark is nothing but a fine layer of sand.\n\nSuddenly, an Angel emerges and melts your face off.\n\nYou are dead, and probably damned to Hell for good measure. Good job!\n\nTHE END
Waiters of the Lost Ark
You look around and whistle a happy tune.\n\nNothing happens.\n\nYou take another look at the Ark.\n\nAre you sure you don't want to [[open it?|open]]\n\nOr do you maybe want to [[look for an exit?|look]]
You walk the length of the warehouse's walls but there's no exit.\n\nNot only are there no unlocked doors, there are no doors at all. It's just all brick wall.\n\nAnd it's not even new brick or fresh mortar. Nobody bricked up the door behind you. As best as you can tell, there has never been a door in any of these walls.\n\nIt's wierd.\n\nYou make your way back to the workbench. You find your eyes resting on the Ark again. You could try [[opening it|open]] or maybe you could [[try climbing the wall|climb]] and getting to a high window. That might work!
You carefully examine the walls, looking for any kind of handhold.\n\nThere is nothing. The mortar, while old, is solid and completely fills in the gaps between the bricks.\n\nHmmm. Maybe there's something useful [[in the trash|trash]] you see strewn in the corners. Or maybe there's something useful [[in the Ark.|open]]
You root through the trash but find nothing except old newspapers and some rotten rags.\n\nYou sit down, bury your head in your hands, and scream until your voice is hoarse.\n\nAll you can do now, you realize, is [[wait|wait]] or [[open the Ark|open]].
